Services are included to help get your landscape in top condition. Perfect for Gardeners who want several choices in the new design.
THE DELUXE PLAN INCLUDES... A tube with 2 copies of 24" x 36" plans of a clear background plan and 2 copies of a graphed background plan. One set can be given to your installer for water, hardscapes,lighting, and planting. A binder filled with 2 copies of the above plans sized at 11" x 17" for ease in shopping. A copy of the POWER POINT of "before photos" of your landscape showing plant materials chosen. Planting guidelines including the Sunset Garden Book for referencing in the future. 2 hours of Shopping at a local Plant Nursery OR 2 hours of Plant Placement with your installer. Your choice! The plan includes watering needs for your new plants, lighting and hardscape choices.
HOW THE DELUXE PLAN WORKS....
At the First Meeting We will come to your home and discuss your landscape needs and desires. Photos of the existing landscape and measurements will be taken. The fee is $125.00 payable at the end of the visit. A total price will be determined after understanding the work required, and a contract signed.
At the Second Meeting We will present the preliminary plan, discussing changes and additions. The plants will be colored so you can see how the actual landscape will appear. We'll also view plant materials and photos of your landscape on a laptop computer using a POWER POINT presentation prepared for this visit. My plant library offers vast options and we can view them together as we discuss the landscape. This is the time to make changes.We literally write on the plan all the changes that are needed. Allow 2 hours for this appointment. One half of the plan fee is due.
At the Third Meeting We will have visited twice before and agreed upon making the plan, design style, choices, and now you are ready to view the structure of the final garden on paper. We will explain the entire plan, view your copy of the POWER POINT using photos chosen for your site. We will also guarantee your satisfaction to everything on this plan on this final day.
THE ECONOMY PLAN.....A $125.00 Consultation fee with a flat fee rate of $499. for either front or backyard and $899. for entire lot of 50'x100' **
Best choice for those who want a quick and easy solution to current needs. New home installations or a quick freshening up to sell your home. Great for Newlyweds or Retirees or anyone on a limited Budget.

HOW THE ECONOMY PLAN WORKS.....
At the First Meeting we will discuss landscape needs and desires. We will measure and take photos of the area to be designed. The Designer will choose appropriate plant materials to accomplish your goals, making phone calls for questions as needed.
At the Second Meeting the Plan and the POWER POINT copy of plant materials, hardscapes will be explained and viewed. Additional Services such as Plant Selection shopping at a local nursery, Plant Placement with your Installer, Plan Revisions can be added at this time. The total plan fee will be due and Designer and Client will sign off the contract for satisfaction guaranteed. **Larger areas will be priced slightly higher.

For our clients with exisiting established landscapes..$125.00 for 2 hours of discussion, ideas, and new vision to be given about your landscape. Perfect for selling your home or creating a fresh look!
We'll tour your garden....You get 2 hours of Consultation Services discussing plant materials to add evergreen color and winter blooming plants! Create a new look with ideas from this inspirational consultation! You may take notes and I'll add a few notes as well. A $125.00 minimum applies to all customers. We'll discuss further design options if you so desire.
