The Deluxe Plan $899 for entire yard $699 for either just front or back portions
A complete and thorough in depth study of the grounds and plantings you enjoy along with desires you have for the area. This is the best choice for seasoned gardeners.We listen and discuss concepts and ideas for your new landscape.The Deluxe Plan includes 3 visits which are 2 hours each. The design fee is divided in thirds and paid at the end of each visit to your home.
At The First Visit......At your home we walk through the area,taking measurements and photos,view elevations,sun-shade-wind-soil needs,we will view photos of plants on the laptop;discussing and making choices as we go.We will put together a preliminary blue print and slide show CD of plants for the next visit.
At The Second Visit..We return with the preliminary
plan and slide show CD of suggested plants.Literally marking on the blueprint,changes can be made to the design plan.
At The Third Visit......The final plan is prepared along with the slide show CD with pictures of existing landscape and final plant choices.A plant list with for the plan includes botantical and common names, the size and amount needed to complete your new landscape.We discuss implementing your new plan either to do-it-yourself or get help from our referred contractor. You will receive 2 set of copies sized at 24"x 36" of the plan:one is clear background and one is on grid to help with exactness in planting. The additional set is for your contractor. Along with a 11" x 17" plan copy for ease when shopping for plant materials

Perfect choice for gardeners who need lots of help choosing successful plant materials for the new landscape. Our designer's expertise along with listening to your needs will create a garden to be enjoyed for years to come. The Economy Plan takes two visits; one-half of the design fee is due at the end of each 2 hour visit.
At the First Visit.......We do almost everything for the Deluxe Plan listed above.... Except we actually create and determine what will go on the final plan during our conversations. Plant choices will be made and a final plan will begin being created.
At the Second Visit..The final plan will be presented along with the slide show CD and a plant list indicating names, sizes and amounts of plants needed.You will receive 1 set of copies sized 23" x 36" of the plan: one a clear background and one is on a grid to help with exactness in planting. Along with a 11" x 17" for ease when shopping for plant materials.
